Shipping

• Where we ship: anywhere in the United States. We don't ship to other countries yet.
• Cost: standard shipping is free on every order.
• Tracking: you get an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
• If something goes wrong: if a package is lost, late or arrives damaged, email us. We'll send a replacement or refund you, whichever you prefer.

Refunds: the fried chicken test

Take First-Bite Surge with the meal you miss most. If that meal still sits like a rock, you get every penny back.

• How long you have: 60 days from the date of your order.
• How to ask: email hello@trygallivant.com with your order number or the email address you ordered with. You don't have to explain why.
• What you get back: the full amount you paid, for every bottle in the order, opened or not.
• Returns: you don't have to send anything back.
• Where the money goes: back to the payment method you used. Your bank can take up to 10 business days to show it.

Privacy

What we collect

Your name, email address, shipping address and what you ordered. Payments are handled by Shopify and its payment partners, so we never see or store your full card number.

We don't ask for medical records and we don't keep health information about you.

How we use it

• To pack and ship your order and email you about it.
• To answer you when you write to us.
• To send you news or offers, only if you signed up for them. Every one of those emails has an unsubscribe link.

Cookies and ads

This site runs on Shopify, which uses cookies to remember your cart and to count visits. We also use Meta's tools (Facebook and Instagram) to see whether our ads lead to orders. You can limit ad tracking in your browser or phone settings and in your Facebook ad preferences.

Who we share it with

Only the companies that help us run the store: Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers and Meta for ad measurement. We don't sell your personal information.

Gallivant First-Bite Surge is a dietary supplement. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Nothing on this site is medical advice. Talk to your doctor before taking this or any supplement if you are pregnant, nursing, under 18, taking medication or managing a medical condition. Follow the directions on the label and don't exceed the recommended dose.

Orders and prices

Prices are in US dollars. If we make a pricing mistake or can't fill your order, we'll cancel it and refund you in full.
